Related’s resident service managers make moving easy and stress-free. We’ll help coordinate your telecommunications, cable and technology services. We can help you find the perfect moving company, and if you need it, we’ll even arrange to have someone wait in your apartment for installers and delivery people (for a fee) so you can get on with your life.

Related Hi-Tech Home is a package of the very latest technology options for your apartment. For high-speed Internet access, you can choose between cable modem service, ETHERNET, DSL and our newest option – wireless Web through Wi Fi service. Video options include digital cable and satellite TV with the clearest picture, CD quality sound and the widest choice of programming available anywhere. (Not all options available in all buildings.) All of our apartments feature multiple phone line capability and Cat 5e wiring and multiple outlets in each room (in select buildings) to accommodate your furniture layout and lifestyle. And our newer buildings feature structured wiring designed to deliver state-of-the-art performance today while providing the capacity to handle changing technologies in the future.

Related‘s Resident Web site is your one-stop source for all the information you’ll need as a resident in a Related Rentals building. You can pay your rent online, view your bill and account information, submit a service request, access the Related Personal Assistant, check out service and technology options, and, of course, read important announcements. Everything you need to know about your building and your account is right here, accessible whenever you need it.

 

e-Services

Related’s e-services allow you to deal with a number of day-to-day concerns electronically. Use e-services to submit and track service requests, access messages from the concierge or building staff, and receive notification of package and laundry delivery. You can also keep track of building notices and package deliveries on the electronic message board in the mailroom. This state-of-the-art 30” LCD monitor will let you know when packages or dry cleaning have arrived.

 

Complimentary Faxes and Copies

Related Rentals offers complimentary fax and copy service to its residents. Just stop by The Leasing and Management Service Center and we’ll happily accommodate all your reasonable copy and fax requests. Many Related Rentals buildings now feature professional Business Centers where you can work, teleconference and hold meetings with clients and colleagues.



 

Fitness Trainers on Demand

Give us just 24 hours notice and we’ll find, contact and schedule a personal trainer to work out with you in your building’s fitness center. Getting and staying in shape couldn’t get any easier!
